We recommend using a gentle cleanser twice a day, morning and evening. In the morning, you should use a light cleanser to refresh your skin and prepare it for the day ahead. You should use a more thorough cleanser at night to remove all dirt and makeup from your face.

It’s also essential to use the correct cleanser for your skin type. For example, if you have oily skin, you should use a light foaming cleanser that effectively removes excess oil. On the other hand, if you have dry skin, a gel-based cleanser will nourish your skin without leaving it feeling tight and uncomfortable.


Besides cleansing, moisturising is one of the most important steps! Moisturising your face doesn’t only hydrate your skin. It also helps your other skincare products, like sunscreen and acne medicine work more effectively. 

Every morning, apply a thin layer of moisturiser to refresh your skin and leave it feeling hydrated. If you wear make-up, apply moisturiser before applying any liquid or powder foundation to ensure it lasts throughout the day.

You should use a heavier moisturiser to hydrate your skin whilst sleeping in the evening. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, you should avoid moisturisers with added oils. Your best bet is to stick to oil-free, fragrance-free moisturisers that won’t clog your pores.
